Terumah and bikkurim, —- one is liable on their account to death and to the [additional] fifth; they are forbidden to a non-Kohen; they are the property of [the] Kohen; they are nullified in one hundred and one; and they require washing the hands and the setting of the sun. These [rules] are so with terumah and with bikkurim, which is not so with maaser.
