Bikkurim1: 7
[If] one set aside his bikkurim and then sold his field, he brings but does not recite. And the second [person], from that same species he does not bring; from a different species, he brings and recites. R' Yehudah says: Even from the same species, he brings and recites.
Bikkurim1: 8
[If] one set aside his bikkurim, [and] they were looted, spoiled, stolen, lost or became tamei, he brings others in their place and does not recite. And the second ones, they [who ate them] are not liable to pay for [eating] them the [additional] fifth.  [If] they became tamei in the Courtyard [of the Beis HaMikdash], he scatters [them] and does not recite.
