Ma'aser Sheini3: 4

פֵּרוֹת בִּירוּשָׁלַיִם וּמָעוֹת בַּמְּדִינָה, אוֹמֵר: ,,הֲרֵי הַמָּעוֹת הָהֵם מְחֻלָּלִין עַל פֵּרוֹת הָאֵלּוּ”. מָעוֹת בִּירוּשָׁלַיִם וּפֵרוֹת בַּמְּדִינָה, אוֹמֵר: ,,הֲרֵי הַמָּעוֹת הָאֵלּוּ מְחֻלָּלִין עַל פֵּרוֹת הָהֵם”, וּבִלְבַד שֶׁיַּעֲלוּ הַפֵּרוֹת וְיֵאָכְלוּ בִירוּשָׁלַיִם.

Produce in Jerusalem and coins in the province, he says: “Those coins are hereby deconsecrated upon this produce.” Coins in Jerusalem and fruits in the province, he says: “These coins are hereby deconsecrated upon that produce,” provided that the fruits are brought up and eaten in Jerusalem.

מָעוֹת נִכְנָסוֹת לִירוּשָׁלַיִם וְיוֹצְאוֹת; וּפֵרוֹת נִכְנָסִין וְאֵינָן יוֹצְאִין. רַבָּן שִׁמְעוֹן בֶּן גַּמְלִיאֵל אוֹמֵר: אַף הַפֵּרוֹת נִכְנָסִין וְיוֹצְאִין.

Coins enter Jerusalem and leave; produce enters but may not leave. Rabban Shimon ben Gamliel says: Even produce enters and leaves.
