Terumos6: 3

הַמַּאֲכִיל אֶת פּוֹעֲלָיו וְאֶת אוֹרְחָיו תְּרוּמָה, הוּא מְשַׁלֵּם אֶת הַקֶּרֶן, וְהֵם מְשַׁלְּמִין אֶת הַחֹמֶשׁ. דִּבְרֵי רַבִּי מֵאִיר. וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים: הֵם מְשַׁלְּמִין קֶרֶן וְחֹמֶשׁ, וְהוּא מְשַׁלֵּם לָהֶם דְּמֵי סְעֻדָתָן.

[If] someone feeds his workers or his guests te-rumah, he pays the principal, and they pay the [additional] fifth. [These are the] words of R' Meir. But the Sages say: They pay the principal and the fifth, and he pays them the cost of their meal.

Terumos6: 4

הַגּוֹנֵב תְּרוּמָה וְלֹא אֲכָלָהּ, מְשַׁלֵּם תַּשְׁלוּמֵי כֵפֶל דְּמֵי תְרוּמָה. אֲכָלָהּ, מְשַׁלֵּם שְׁנֵי קְרָנִים וְחֹמֶשׁ: קֶרֶן וְחֹמֶשׁ מִן הַחֻלִּין, וְקֶרֶן דְּמֵי תְרוּמָה. גָּנַב תְּרוּמַת הֶקְדֵּשׁ וַאֲכָלָהּ, מְשַׁלֵּם שְׁנֵי חֳמָשִׁים וְקֶרֶן, שֶׁאֵין בְּהֶקְדֵּשׁ תַּשְׁלוּמֵי כֵפֶל:

[If] someone steals terumah but does not eat it, he pays the twofold payment [according to] the price of [the] terumah. If] he ate it, he pays two principals and a fifth: a principal plus a fifth from chullin, and a principal at the price of terumah. [If] he stole terumah that had been consecrated [to the Temple Treasury] and ate it, he pays two fifths and [one] principal, because with Temple property there is no twofold payment.
