[ג] יַם נָפָה שֶׁל סַלָּתִין — טָמֵא, וְשֶׁל בַּעֲלֵי בָתִּים — טָהוֹר. רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אוֹמֵר: אַף שֶׁל גּוֹדֶלֶת טָמֵא מוֹשָׁב, מִפְּנֵי שֶׁהַבָּנוֹת יוֹשְׁבוֹת בְּתוֹכוֹ וְגוֹדְלוֹת.
The screen of a sifter belonging to flour merchants is tamei. But [that] of householders is tahor. R’ Yehudah says: Also, [the screen] of a hairdresser is [susceptible to the] tumah of the seat, because the girls sit in it and have their hair braided.
