Kerisos 1:2-3
Kerisus1: 2
For these, one is liable to kares for a willful transgression, and for their inadvertent transgression, a chatas, and for their doubtful transgression, an asham talui, with the exception of one who contaminated the Temple or its consecrated foods, because he requires a variable-offering; [these are] the words of R’ Meir. The Sages say: Neither does the one who blasphemes, as it is said (Num. 15:29): One law shall be for you, for the one who acts in error. This excludes the blasphemer, who does not perform any action.
Kerisus1: 3
Some [women] bring an offering and it is eaten, and some bring an offering and it is not eaten, and some do not bring [any offering]. The following bring an offering and it is eaten: She who aborts something resembling an animal, beast, or bird; [these are] the words of R’ Meir. The Sages, however, say: Unless it has something of human form. She who aborts a sandal, or an amniotic sac, or a fashioned shell, or a fetus that came out in segments. Likewise, a slavewoman who aborted must bring an offering and it is eaten.
