נִתַּאי הָאַרְבֵּלִי אוֹמֵר: הַרְחֵק מִשָּׁכֵן רָע, וְאַל תִּתְחַבֵּר לָרָשָׁע, וְאַל תִּתְיָאֵשׁ מִן הַפֻּרְעָנוּת.

Nittai of Arbel says: Distance [yourself] from a bad neighbor, do not associate with a wicked person, and do not disregard [the possibility] of retribution.
