2. What is the case of the oath of deposit? [If] someone said to him, “Give me my deposit that I have in your possession,” [and he replied,] “I swear that you have nothing in my possession”; or he replied, “You have nothing in my possession,” [to which the other said,] “I adjure you,” and he said, “Amen!” —- he is liable.
