הַמּוֹכֵר אֶת בֵּית הַבַּד — מָכַר אֶת הַיָּם, וְאֶת הַמַּמָּל, וְאֶת הַבְּתוּלוֹת; אֲבָל לֹא מָכַר אֶת הָעֲכִירִין, וְאֶת הַגַּלְגַּל, וְאֶת הַקּוֹרָה. בִּזְמַן שֶׁאָמַר לוֹ ,,הוּא, וְכָל מַה שֶּׁבְּתוֹכוֹ” — הֲרֵי כֻלָּן מְכוּרִין. רַבִּי אֱלִיעֶזֶר אוֹמֵר: הַמּוֹכֵר בֵּית הַבַּד — מָכַר אֶת הַקּוֹרָה.
One who sells an olive press has sold the grinding block, the millstone, and the posts; but he has not sold the boards, the screw, or the beam. When he said to him, “It, and all that is in it,” they are all sold. R' Eliezer says: One who sells an olive press has sold the beam.
Bava Basra4: 6
הַמּוֹכֵר אֶת הַמֶּרְחָץ — לֹא מָכַר אֶת הַנְּסָרִים, וְאֶת הַסַּפְסָלִים, וְאֶת הַוִּילָאוֹת. בִּזְמַן שֶׁאָמַר לוֹ ,,הוּא, וְכָל מַה שֶּׁבְּתוֹכוֹ” — הֲרֵי כֻלָּן מְכוּרִין. בֵּין כָּךְ וּבֵין כָּךְ, לֹא מָכַר לֹא אֶת הַמְּגוּרוֹת שֶׁל מַיִם וְלֹא אֶת אוֹצָרוֹת שֶׁל עֵצִים.
One who sells a bathhouse has not sold the boards, the benches, or the curtains. When he said to him, “It, and all that is in it,” they are all sold. In any case, he did not sell the water reservoirs nor the stores of wood.
