Parah7: 5
[If] someone fills his [barrel] and a [barrel] for chatas [water], he first fills his [barrel] and ties it to the carrying pole, and he subsequently fills [the barrel] for chatas water. And if he filled the [barrel] of chatas [water] first, and afterward filled his [barrel], it is disqualified. He puts his [barrel] behind him, and [the barrel] for chatas [water] in front of him. But if he put [the barrel] for chatas [water] behind him, [it is] disqualified. [If] they were both for chatas [water], he places one in front of him and one in back of him; [this is] valid, since it is impossible.

[If] someone takes the rope in his hand, along his way, it is valid; but not along his way, it is invalid. [Concerning] this [matter someone] went to Yavneh for three festivals, and on the third festival they validated it for him [in] a [special] ruling for that time.
Parah7: 7
[If] he coils the rope a little at a time, [the water] is valid. But if he coils [the rope] at the end, [the water] is invalid. R’ Yose said: It was [in] this [case] that they validated [the water] [in] a [special] ruling for that time.
Parah7: 8
[If] someone puts away a barrel so that it should not break, or he turned it [over] on its rim to let it dry: [if he intended] to fill with it, it is valid; [if he intended] to [use it to] transport the sanctified [water], it is disqualified. [If] someone clears away shards from inside the trough so that it will hold more water, it is valid. But if [he does so] so that they should not obstruct him when he sprinkles the water, it is disqualified.

[If] someone had his water on his shoulder and he issued a ruling, or he showed the way to others, or killed a snake or a scorpion, or he took food to store it, it is disqualified. [If he took] food in order to eat, [the water] is valid. [If] the snake or scorpion were obstructing him, it is valid. Said R’ Yehudah: This is the rule: [With] anything that is considered a “different activity,” whether he stops or he does not stop, it is disqualified; [with] something that is not considered a different activity, [if] he stops it is disqualified, but if he does not stop it is valid.
Parah7: 10

[If] one entrusts his water to a tamei person, it is invalid; but [if he entrusted it] to a tahor person, it is valid. R’ Eliezer says: Even [if he entrusted it] to a tamei person it is valid, if the owner did not perform a different activity.

. The person sanctifying the chatas water should not wear shoes, because if liquid would fall on one of his shoes, it is con-taminated and [the shoe] contaminates him. [Thus,] this one says: “That which contaminates you cannot contaminate me; yet, you can contaminate me!”  [If] liquid fell on one’s skin, he is tahor. If it fell on his clothes, the clothes are contami-nated and contaminate him. [Thus,] this one says: “That which contaminates you cannot contaminate me; yet, you can con-taminate me!”

The person burning the parah [adumah], or the [sacrificial] bulls [that are burned], or the one who sends the goat [to Aza-zel], [all] contaminate clothes; the parah [adumah], the [sacrificial] bulls [that are burned], and the he-goat that is sent [to Azazel] themselves do not contaminate clothing. [Thus,] this one says: “That which contaminates you cannot contaminate me; yet, you can contaminate me!”

R’ Yehudah says: [Only] the Great Sea is like a mikveh; it says “seas” only because it contains many kinds of seas. R’ Yose says: All the seas can purify while flowing, but they are unfit for zavim and for metzoraim and for consecrating therefrom purification water.
