Terumos7: 7
[If] he planted one of them, he is exempt. The second [box] is treated as terumah, and it is subject to challah obligations. [These are the] words of R' Meir. But R' Yose exempts. [If] someone else planted the second [box], he is exempt. [If] one [person] planted both of them, [if it is] a species whose seed decomposes, it is permitted; but with a species whose seed does not decompose, it is forbidden.
Terumos8: 1
A woman who was eating terumah, [and] they came and said to her: “Your husband has died,” or: “. . . has divorced you”; and similarly, a [Canaanite] slave who was eating terumah, and they came and said to him: “Your master has died,” or: “. . . has sold you to a Yisrael,” or: “. . . has given you as a gift [to a Yisrael],” or: “ . . . has made you a free man”; and similarly, a Kohen who was eating terumah, and it became known that he was the son of a divorcee or the son of a chalutzah, R' Eliezer obligates the principal plus a fifth, but R' Yehoshua exempts. [If] he was standing and offering [a sacrifice] on the Altar, and it became known that he was the son of a divorcee or of a chalutzah, R' Eliezer says: All the offerings that he offered on the Altar are in-valid, but R' Yehoshua deems them valid. [If] it became known that he had a [physical] blemish, his service is invalid.
Terumos8: 2
And all of them, [if] there was terumah in their mouths, R' Eliezer says: They swal-low [it]. But R' Yehoshua says: They should expel [it]. [If] they said to him: “You have become tamei”, or: “The terumah has become tamei,” R' Eliezer says: He swallows [it]. But R' Yehoshua says: He expels [it]. [If they said to him,] “You were tamei”, or “The terumah was tamei,” or it became known that it was tevel, or maaser rishon whose terumah had not been taken, or maaser sheni or consecrated produce that have not been redeemed, or [if] he tasted the taste of a bedbug, he expels it.
Terumos8: 3
[If] he was eating from a cluster [of grapes] and he entered from the garden into the courtyard, R' Eliezer says: He may finish. But R' Yehoshua says: He may not finish. [If] the night of Shabbos commenced, R' Yehoshua says: He may finish. But R' Eliezer says: He may not finish.
Terumos8: 4
Wine of terumah that was exposed [must] be poured out; and it is not necessary to say [that the same is true of wine] of chullin. Three liquids are forbidden because of exposure: water, wine and milk. But all other liquids are permitted. How long must they remain [exposed] to become forbidden? Enough for the snake to come forth from a nearby place and drink.
Terumos8: 5
The measure for exposed water: enough for the poison to be lost in it. R' Yose says: In utensils, any amount; in the ground, forty seahs.
Terumos8: 6
Punctured figs, grapes, chatemelons, bottle-gourds, watermelons, and muskmelons, even if they are [the weight of] a talent, whether large or small, whether detached or attached, any that has moisture in it is forbidden. And a snake-bitten [animal] is forbidden, because of the danger to life.
Terumos8: 7
A strainer of wine is forbidden because of exposure. R' Nechemyah permits.
Terumos8: 8
A barrel of terumah concerning which there arose a question of tumah, R' Eliezer says: If it was located in a neglected place, he should put it in a protected place; if it was exposed, he should cover it. But R' Yehoshua says: If it was located in a protected place, he puts it in a neglected place; if it was covered, he uncovers it. Rabban Gamliel says: He should not make any innovations with it.
Terumos8: 9
[If] a barrel broke in the upper reservoir, and the lower [reservoir] was temei'ah, R' Eliezer and R' Yehoshua agree that if he is able to save a quarter-log of it in taharah, he should save; but if not, R' Eliezer says: [Let it] fall down and become contaminated, but he must not contaminate it with his hands.
Terumos8: 10
And so too a barrel of oil that spilled, R' Eliezer and R' Yehoshua agree that if he is able to save a quarter-log of it in taharah, he saves; but if not, R' Eliezer says: [Let it] fall and be absorbed, but he must not cause it to be absorbed with his hands.
Terumos8: 11
But about this and about that, R' Yehoshua said: This is not terumah concerning which I am warned against contaminating it, only [terumah which I am commanded to withhold] from eating it. What is the case where there is a prohibition on contami-nating it? [If] he was going from place to place, and [there were] loaves of terumah in his hand. An idolater said to him: “Give [me] one of them and I will contaminate [only] it; if not, I will contaminate all of them.” R' Eliezer says: [Let the idolater] con-taminate all of them, but he must not give him one of them [to] contaminate. R' Yehoshua says: He places one in front of him on the rock.
Terumos8: 12
And similarly, [a group of] women to whom idolaters said: ““Give [us] one of you and we will defile her; if not, we will defile all of you,”” [let the idolater] defile all of them, but [let the Jews] not deliver to them a single Jewish soul.
Terumos9: 1
[If] someone plants terumah inadvertently, it may be turned over; [but if he plants it] intentionally, he must maintain [it]. If it reached [the] one-third [stage], whether [he planted it] inadvertently or intentionally, he must maintain [it]. But with flax, [even if he plants it] intentionally, it must be turned over.
Terumos9: 2
And it is liable to leket, shich'chah, and peah; and the poor Yisraelim and the poor Kohanim collect [these gifts], and the poor Yisraelim sell theirs to the Kohanim for the price of terumah, and the money is theirs. R' Tarfon says: None should collect ex-cept for the poor Kohanim, lest they forget and put into their mouths. R' Akiva said to him: If so, no one should collect other than [a person who is] tahor.
Terumos9: 3
And it is subject to the maaser obligations and maasar ani; and poor Yisraelim and poor Kohanim take [it], and the poor Yis-raelim sell theirs to the Kohanim for the price of terumah, and the money is theirs. Someone who beats [the grain with a stick] is praiseworthy. And [if] someone threshes [with an animal], how should he do it? He hangs baskets from the neck of the animal and puts in them from the same species. It thus emerges that he neither muzzles the animal nor feeds [it] terumah.
Terumos9: 4
The growths of terumah are terumah. And the growths of those growths are chullin.  But tevel, maaser rishon, after-growths of the she-mittah year, terumah from outside the Land [of Israel], meduma, and bikkurim — their growths are chullin.  The growths of hekdesh and maaser sheni are chullin, and he redeems them at the time of their seed.
