[If one says:] “I am a nazir from here until such and such a place,” we calculate how many days’ [journey] it is from here until that place. If it is less than thirty days —- he is a nazir for thirty days; and if not —- he is a nazir for that number of days.

[If one says:] “I am a nazir like the number of days of the solar [year],” he counts [terms of] nezirus like the number of days of the solar [year]. R’ Yehudah said: There was an incident, and when he concluded, he died.
