Nedarim3: 9
הַנּוֹדֵר מִן ,,הַיִּלּוֹדִים” — מֻתָּר בַּנּוֹלָדִים; מִן ,,הַנּוֹלָדִים” — אָסוּר בַּיִּלּוֹדִים. רַבִּי מֵאִיר מַתִּיר אַף בַּיִּלּוֹדִים; וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים: לֹא נִתְכַּוֵּן זֶה אֶלָּא בְמִי שֶׁדַּרְכּוֹ לְהוֹלִיד.
One who makes a neder prohibiting “the yillodim” is permitted to [benefit from] those to be born; [if] “the noladim” —- he is for-bidden to [benefit from] those already born. R' Meir permits [benefit] even from those already born; the Sages, however, say: This [person] referred only to that which bears offspring.
Nedarim3: 10
הַנּוֹדֵר מִ,,שּׁוֹבְתֵי שַׁבָּת” — אָסוּר בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָסוּר בַּכּוּתִים; מֵ,,אוֹכְלֵי שׁוּם” — אָסוּר בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָסוּר בַּכּוּתִים; מֵ,,עוֹלֵי יְרוּשָׁלַיִם” אָסוּר בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל, וּמֻתָּר בַּכּוּתִים.
One who makes a neder prohibiting “those who rest on the Sabbath” is forbidden to [benefit from] Jews and forbidden to [benefit from] Cutheans; [if] “those who eat garlic” —- he is forbidden to [benefit from] Jews and forbidden to [benefit from] Cutheans; [if] “the pilgrims to Jerusalem” —- he is forbidden to [benefit from] Jews, but permitted to [benefit from] Cutheans.
