Kesuvos10: 1
[If] one was married to two wives, and he died, the first one takes precedence over the second one, and the first one’s heirs take precedence over the second one’s heirs.  [If] he married the first one, and she died; and he married a second one, and he died, the second one and her heirs take precedence over the first one’s heirs.
Kesuvos10: 2
[If] one was married to two wives, and they died, and subsequently, he died, and the orphans claim their mother’s kesubah, but there is only [enough for] the two kesubos, they share equally.  [If] there was a surplus of a dinar, these take their moth-er’s kesubah, and those take their mother’s kesubah. If the orphans said, “We evaluate our father’s property at a dinar more,” in order that they should take their mother’s kesubah, we do not heed them; rather, we appraise the property in court.
