Kesuvos6: 7
[If] one deposits money for his daughter with a trustee, and she says: “I trust my husband,” the trustee must [nonetheless] do as he was instructed; [these are] the words of R’ Meir. R’ Yose says: Were it only a field, and she wished to sell it —- it would be sold from this moment! When does this apply? In [the case of] a woman who is of age; but in [the case of] a minor —- the act of a minor is meaningless.
Kesuvos7: 1
[If] one pronounces a vow on his wife, forbidding her to have any benefit from him, until thirty days —- he must appoint a steward; longer than this —- he must divorce [her] and give [her the] kesubah. R’ Yehudah says: In [the case of] a non-Kohen, one month —- he may keep [her as his wife]; two [months] —- he must divorce [her] and give [her the] kesubah. But in [the case of] the wife of a Kohen, two [months] —- he may keep [her]; three [months] —- he must divorce [her] and give [her the] kesubah.
