R’ Yehoshua [however] says: She is not be-lieved. Rather, it is presumed that she is pregnant from a Nesinite or a mamzer, until she proves her claim.

Said R’ Yose: [There was] an incident concerning a young girl who went down to draw water from a spring, and was violated. Said R’ Yochanan ben Nuri: If most men of the city may marry off [their daughters] to Kohanim, this one may marry a Kohen.
