How so? [If] he performed maamar with his yevamah and then gave her a bill of divorce, she requires chalitzah from him. [If] he performed maamar [with her] and then chalitzah, she requires a bill of divorce from him. [If] he performed maamar and then cohabited [with her], he has done it properly.

[If] he gave [her] a bill of divorce and then maa-mar, she requires a bill of divorce and chali- tzah. [If] he gave [her] a bill of divorce and then cohabited [with her], she requires a bill of divorce and chalitzah. [If] he gave [her] a bill of divorce and then chalitzah, there is nothing after chalitzah.  [If] he performed chalitzah [with her] —- and then performed maamar [with her], or gave [her] a bill of divorce, or cohabited [with her]; or if he cohabited [with her] and then performed maamar, or gave [her] a bill of divorce, or performed chalitzah [with her] —- there is nothing after chalitzah. It is the same whether [it is] one yevamah with one yavam, or two yevamos with one yavam.
