הַמְקַדֵּשׁ בְּעָרְלָה, בְּכִלְאֵי הַכֶּרֶם, בְּשׁוֹר הַנִּסְקָל, וּבְעֶגְלָה עֲרוּפָה, בְּצִפֳּרֵי מְצֹרָע, וּבִשְׂעַר נָזִיר, וּבְפֶטֶר חֲמוֹר, וּבְבָשָׂר בֶּחָלָב, וּבְחֻלִּין שֶׁנִּשְׁחֲטוּ בָעֲזָרָה — אֵינָהּ מְקֻדֶּשֶׁת. מְכָרָן וְקִדֵּשׁ בִּדְמֵיהֶן — מְקֻדֶּשֶׁת.
[If] one betroths with orlah, with kilayim of the vineyard, with an ox which was [condemned to be] stoned, with a calf whose neck is [to be] broken, with the birds of a metzora, with the hair of a Nazirite, with the firstborn of a donkey, with meat and milk, or with chullin slaughtered in the Courtyard, she is not betrothed. [If] he sold them and betrothed with their payment, she is betrothed.
