כיוצא בו המקדיש פירותיו עד שלא באו לעונת המעשרות ופדאן חייבין ומשבאו לעונת המעשרות ופדאן חייבין הקדישן עד שלא נגמרו וגמרן הגזבר ואחר כך פדאן פטורין שבשעת חובתן היו פטורין

עד שלא באו לעונת המעשרות כל אחד כמשפט המפורש בפ"ק דמעשרות
Similarly, [if] one consecrated his fruits before they reached the tithing stage, and redeemed them, they are obligated. [If he consecrated them] after they reached the tithing stage, and he redeemed them, they are obligated. [If] he consecrated them before they were finished, and the Temple clerk finished them, and afterward [the owner] redeemed them, they are exempt, since at the time of their [potential] liability they were exempt.
[If] she consecrated her dough before she thoroughly mixed [it], and she redeemed it, it is obligated [in challah]. [If she consecrated the dough] after she thoroughly mixed [it] and she redeemed it, it is obligated [in challah]. [But if] she consecrated it before she thoroughly mixed [it], and the [Temple] treasurer mixed it, and later she redeemed it, it is exempt [from challah], because at the time of its [potential] liability it was exempt.
