[If] they poured a cup for him, and he said: “I am a nazir from it” —- he is a nazir. It once happened with a certain woman who was inebriated, that they poured a cup for her, and she said, “I am a nazir from it.” The Sages said: She did not intend other than to say, “It is for me [like a] sacrifice.’’
