פָּסְקָה לְהַכְנִיס לוֹ כְסָפִים — סֶלַע כֶּסֶף נַעֲשָׂה שִׁשָּׁה דִינָרִים. הֶחָתָן מְקַבֵּל עָלָיו עֲשָׂרָה דִינָרִין לַקֻּפָּה, לְכָל מָנֶה וּמָנֶה. רַבָּן שִׁמְעוֹן בֶּן גַּמְלִיאֵל אוֹמֵר: הַכֹּל כְּמִנְהַג הַמְּדִינָה.
[If] she agreed to bring him money, a silver sela becomes six dinars. The groom takes upon himself ten dinars for the basket, per hundred. Rabban Shimon ben Gamliel says: Everything follows the local custom.
