A yavam does not confer [upon his sister-in-law] the right to eat of terumah. [If] she had spent six months before her husband and six months before the yavam, or even all of them before her husband, less one day [that she spent] before the yavam; or all of them before the yavam, less one day [that she spent] before her husband, she may not eat of terumah. This is the original ruling. The court that came after them said: A woman may not eat of terumah until she enters the chupah.
