יְתוֹמָה שֶׁנִּתְאָרְסָה וְנִתְגָּרְשָׁה — רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר אוֹמֵר: הַמְפַתֶּה פָּטוּר, וְהָאוֹנֵס חַיָּב.
An orphan [or one] who was betrothed and [then] divorced —- R’ Elazar says: One who seduces her is exempt, but one who violates her is liable.
