Kesuvos1: 7
[If] she says: “I was injured by a piece of wood,” and he says: “Not so, but you were deflowered by a man” —- Rabban Gamliel and R’ Eliezer say: She is believed. R’ Yehoshua, however, says: She is not believed. Rather, it is presumed that she had been de-flowered by a man, until she proves her claim.
