כֶּרֶם שֶׁכֻּלּוֹ עוֹלֵלוֹת — רַבִּי אֱלִיעֶזֶר אוֹמֵר: לְבַעַל הַבַּיִת; רַבִּי עֲקִיבָא אוֹמֵר: לָעֲנִיִּים.
אָמַר רַבִּי אֱלִיעֶזֶר: ,,כִּי תִבְצֹר ... לֹא תְעוֹלֵל” — אִם אֵין בָּצִיר, מִנַּיִן עוֹלֵלוֹת? אָמַר לוֹ רַבִּי עֲקִיבָא: ,,וְכַרְמְךָ לֹא תְעוֹלֵל” — אֲפִלּוּ כֻּלּוֹ עוֹלֵלוֹת. אִם כֵּן לָמָּה נֶאֱמַר: ,,כִּי תִבְצֹר ... לֹא תְעוֹלֵל”? אֵין לָעֲנִיִּים בָּעוֹלֵלוֹת קֹדֶם הַבָּצִיר.
[If] a vineyard consists entirely of oleilos —- R' Eliezer says: [It goes] to the owner; R' Akiva says: [It goes] to the poor. Said R' Eliezer: When you harvest ... you shall not take oleilos (Deut. 24:21) —- if there is no vintage, from where are there oleilos? R' Akiva said to him: You shall not take the oleilos of your vineyard (Lev. 19:10) —- even if it is entirely oleilos. If so, why is it said, When you harvest ... you shall not take oleilos? [To teach that] the poor have no rights to the oleilos before the vintage.

כֶּרֶם רְבָעִי — בֵּית שַׁמַּאי אוֹמְרִים: אֵין לוֹ חֹמֶשׁ, וְאֵין לוֹ בִעוּר; וּבֵית הִלֵּל אוֹמְרִים: יֶשׁ לוֹ.
בֵּית שַׁמַּאי אוֹמְרִים: יֶשׁ לוֹ פֶרֶט וְיֶשׁ לוֹ עוֹלֵלוֹת, וְהָעֲנִיִּים פּוֹדִין לְעַצְמָם; וּבֵית הִלֵּל אוֹמְרִים: כֻּלּוֹ לַגַּת.
A vineyard in its fourth year —- Beis Shammai say: It is not subject to [the law of] a fifth, nor is it subject to [the law of] removal; but Beis Hillel say: It is subject [to these laws]. Beis Shammai say: It is subject to the law of peret and the law of oleilos, and the poor people redeem for themselves; but Beis Hillel say: All of it [goes] to the winepress.
