R' Yehudah says: A tumtum who was opened and found to be a male cannot perform chalitzah, since he is considered a saris. The androgyne may marry, but may not be taken in marriage. R' Eliezer says: [Cohabitation with] the androgyne is punishable by stoning as with a male.
