Any stream [of liquid] is tahor, except for ziphite honey and tzapachas. Beis Shammai say: Also a porridge of split beans or of whole beans, because its [stream] springs back.
Machshirin5: 10
[If] one pours from a hot [vessel] into a hot [vessel], or from a cold [vessel] into a cold [vessel], or from a hot [vessel] into a cold [vessel], [it is] tahor; from a cold [vessel] into a hot [vessel], [it is] tamei. R’ Shimon says: Even [if] one pours from a hot [vessel] into a hot [vessel], and the strength of the lower [one] is greater than that of the upper [one], [it is] tamei.
Machshirin5: 11
[If] a woman whose hands were tahor was stirring a tamei pot, if her hands perspired, [they are] tamei. [If] her hands were tamei, and she was stirring a tahor pot, if her hands perspired, the pot is tamei. R’ Yose says: If they dripped. [If] someone weighed grapes in the pan of a scale, the wine in the pan is tahor until he pours it into a container. This is similar to baskets of olives and grapes when they are dripping.
Machshirin6: 1
[If] someone took his produce up to the roof on account of insects and dew descends on it, it is not included in [the law of] ”if [water] is placed”; if he intended for this, it is included in [the law of] ”if [water] is placed.”
[If] a deaf-mute, deranged person, or minor took up [produce], even if he intended for the dew to fall upon [the pro-duce], it is not included in [the law of] “if [water] is placed,” for they have an act but not intent.
