Bechoros 6:5-6:8
Bechoros6: 5
The sheath of the male organ is notched, or the genitals of a female in consecrated animals; the tail is notched in the bone, but not in the joint, or if the tip of the tail was exposed to the bone, or if there is a fingersbreadth of flesh between the joints [of the tail].
Bechoros6: 6
It does not have testicles, or it has only one testicle. R’ Yishmael says: If it has two pouches, it has two testicles; [if] it has only one pouch, it has only one testicle. R’ Akiva says: It should be set on its buttock and squeezed; if there is a testicle there, it will eventually emerge. It once happened that they squeezed it and it did not emerge, and it was slaughtered, and it was found attached to the loins, and R’ Akiva permitted it, but R’ Yochanan ben Nuri prohibited it.
Bechoros6: 7
It is five-legged or it has only three; or its feet are round like that of a donkey; and the shachul and the kassul. What is a shachul? One whose hip is dislocated. And a kassul? [An animal] whose one hip is higher [than the other].
Bechoros6: 8
The bone of its foreleg, or the bone of its hind leg, was broken, although it is not discernible.  The aforementioned blemishes were enumerated by Ayala in Yavneh, and the Sages concurred with him. He [also] added another three; [but] they said to him: We have not heard of these.  [These are:] The circle of its eye is round like that of a man, or its mouth resembles that of a pig, or the greater part of its fore-tongue is gone. However, a subsequent beis din said: These are [indeed] blemishes.
