יֵין נֶסֶךְ אָסוּר, וְאוֹסֵר בְּכָל שֶׁהוּא. יַיִן בְּיַיִן וּמַיִם בְּמַיִם — בְּכָל שֶׁהוּא. יַיִן בְּמַיִם וּמַיִם בְּיַיִן — בְּנוֹתֵן טַעַם. זֶה הַכְּלָל: מִין בְּמִינוֹ — בְּמַשֶּׁהוּ. וְשֶׁלֹּא בְמִינוֹ — בְּנוֹתֵן טַעַם.
Nesech-wine is prohibited, and it prohibits [that with which it mixes] by the smallest quantity. Wine in wine or water in water [prohibits the mixture] by the smallest quantity. Wine in water or water in wine [prohibits only] if it imparts flavor. This is the rule: A [prohibited] substance [which mixes] into [a permitted substance of] the same kind [prohibits] by the smallest quan-tity; but [if it mixes] into [a substance of] a different kind [it prohibits only] if it imparts flavor.

אֵלּוּ אֲסוּרִין וְאוֹסְרִין בְּכָל שֶׁהֵן: יֵין נֶסֶךְ, וַעֲבוֹדָה זָרָה, וְעוֹרוֹת לְבוּבִין, וְשׁוֹר הַנִּסְקָל, וְעֶגְלָה עֲרוּפָה, וְצִפָּרֵי מְצֹרָע, וּשְׂעַר נָזִיר, וּפֶטֶר חֲמוֹר, וּבָשָׂר בֶּחָלָב, [וְשָׂעִיר הַמִּשְׁתַּלֵּחַ], וְחֻלִּין שֶׁנִּשְׁחֲטוּ בָּעֲזָרָה — הֲרֵי אֵלּוּ אֲסוּרִין, וְאוֹסְרִין בְּכָל שֶׁהֵן.
The following are prohibited, and they prohibit [that with which they mix] by any quantity: Nesech-wine, idols, heart-pierced skins, an ox which is [to be] stoned, an eglah arufah, the birds of a metzora, the hair of a nazir, the firstborn of a donkey, meat [mixed] with milk, the he-goat that is dispatched [to Azazel], and unconsecrated [animals] that were slaughtered in the [Temple] Courtyard. These are prohibited, and they prohibit [that with which they mix] by any quantity.
Avodah Zarah5: 10
יֵין נֶסֶךְ שֶׁנָּפַל לַבּוֹר — כֻּלּוֹ אָסוּר בַּהֲנָאָה. רַבָּן שִׁמְעוֹן בֶּן גַּמְלִיאֵל אוֹמֵר: יִמָּכֵר כֻּלּוֹ לְנָכְרִי חוּץ מִדְּמֵי יֵין נֶסֶךְ שֶׁבּוֹ.
[If] nesech-wine fell into a cistern [of ordinary wine], all of it is prohibited for benefit. Rabban Shimon ben Gamliel says: It should all be sold to a gentile except for the value of the nesech-wine that is in it.
Avodah Zarah5: 11
גַּת שֶׁל אֶבֶן שֶׁזִּפְּתָהּ עוֹבֵד כּוֹכָבִים — מְנַגְּבָהּ וְהִיא טְהוֹרָה. וְשֶׁל עֵץ — רַבִּי אוֹמֵר: יְנַגֵּב, וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים: יִקְלֹף אֶת הַזֶּפֶת. וְשֶׁל חֶרֶס, אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁקָּלַף אֶת הַזֶּפֶת הֲרֵי זוֹ אֲסוּרָה.
A stone winepress which an idolater coated with pitch —- one dries it, and it is cleansed. With a wooden [press] —- Rabbi says: He should dry [it]; but the Sages say: He must peel off the pitch. But an earthen [press], even though he peeled off the pitch, it is forbidden.
