Bava Kama8: 3
הַמַּכֶּה אֶת אָבִיו וְאֶת אִמּוֹ, וְלֹא עָשָׂה בָהֶם חַבּוּרָה, וְהַחוֹבֵל בַּחֲבֵרוֹ בְיוֹם הַכִּפּוּרִים, חַיָּב בְּכֻלָּן.  הַחוֹבֵל בְּעֶבֶד עִבְרִי, חַיָּב בְּכֻלָּן חוּץ מִן הַשֶּׁבֶת בִּזְמַן שֶׁהוּא שֶׁלּוֹ. הַחוֹבֵל בְּעֶבֶד כְּנַעֲנִי שֶׁל אֲחֵרִים, חַיָּב בְּכֻלָּן. רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אוֹמֵר: אֵין לַעֲבָדִים בּשֶׁת.
[If] one strikes his father or his mother, but does not inflict a wound upon them, or [if] one wounds another on Yom Kippur, he is liable for all of them.  [If] one wounds a Jewish bondman, he is liable for all of them except loss of time when he is his. [If] one wounds a gentile slave belonging to others, he is liable for all of them. R' Yehudah says: Slaves have no [indemnity for] disgrace.
Bava Kama8: 4
חֵרֵשׁ שׁוֹטֶה וְקָטֹן פְּגִיעָתָן רָעָה: הַחוֹבֵל בָּהֶן, חַיָּב; וְהֵם שֶׁחָבְלוּ בַאֲחֵרִים, פְּטוּרִין. הָעֶבֶד וְהָאִשָּׁה פְּגִיעָתָן רָעָה: הַחוֹבֵל בָּהֶן, חַיָּב; וְהֵם שֶׁחָבְלוּ בַאֲחֵרִים, פְּטוּרִין, אֲבָל מְשַׁלְּמִין לְאַחַר זְמַן. נִתְגָּרְשָׁה הָאִשָּׁה, נִשְׁתַּחְרֵר הָעֶבֶד, חַיָּבִין לְשַׁלֵּם.
It is inadvisable to clash with a deaf-mute, a mentally deranged person, or a minor: [if] one wounds them, he is liable; but [if] they wound others, they are exempt. It is inadvisable to clash with a slave or with a woman: [if] one wounds them, he is liable; but [if] they wound others, they are exempt, although they must pay later. Should the woman become divorced, or the slave freed, they are obligated to pay.
Bava Kama8: 5

[If] one strikes his father or his mother and inflicts a wound upon them, or [if] one wounds another on the Sabbath, he is exempt from all of them, because he is liable for his life. [If] one wounds his own gentile slave, he is exempt from all of them.
Bava Kama8: 6
הַתּוֹקֵעַ לַחֲבֵרוֹ, נוֹתֵן לוֹ סֶלַע; רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אוֹמֵר מִשּׁוּם רַבִּי יוֹסֵי הַגְּלִילִי: מָנֶה.  סְטָרוֹ, נוֹתֵן לוֹ מָאתַיִם זוּז; לְאַחַר יָדוֹ, נוֹתֵן לוֹ אַרְבַּע מֵאוֹת זוּז. צָרַם בְּאָזְנוֹ, תָּלַשׁ בִּשְׂעָרוֹ, רָקַק וְהִגִּיעַ בּוֹ רֻקּוֹ, הֶעֱבִיר טַלִּיתוֹ מִמֶּנּוּ, פָּרַע רֹאשׁ הָאִשָּׁה בַשּׁוּק, נוֹתֵן אַרְבַּע מֵאוֹת זוּז.  זֶה הַכְּלָל: הַכֹּל לְפִי כְבוֹדוֹ. אָמַר רַבִּי עֲקִיבָא: אֲפִלּוּ עֲנִיִּים שֶׁבְּיִשְׂרָאֵל רוֹאִין אוֹתָם כְּאִלּוּ הֵם בְּנֵי חוֹרִין שֶׁיָּרְדוּ מִנִּכְסֵיהֶם, שֶׁהֵם בְּנֵי אַבְרָהָם יִצְחָק וְיַעֲקֹב.  וּמַעֲשֶׂה בְאֶחָד שֶׁפָּרַע רֹאשׁ הָאִשָּׁה בַשּׁוּק. בָּאת לִפְנֵי רַבִּי עֲקִיבָא, וְחִיְּבוֹ לִתֵּן לָהּ אַרְבַּע מֵאוֹת זוּז. אָמַר לוֹ: ”רַבִּי, תֵּן לִי זְמַן”, וְנָתַן לוֹ זְמַן. שְׁמָרָהּ עוֹמֶדֶת עַל פֶּתַח חֲצֵרָהּ, וְשִׁבַּר אֶת הַכַּד בְּפָנֶיהָ וּבוֹ כְאִיסַר שֶׁמֶן. גִּלְתָה אֶת רֹאשָׁהּ וְהָיְתָה מְטַפַּחַת וּמַנַּחַת יָדָהּ עַל רֹאשָׁהּ. הֶעֱמִיד עָלֶיהָ עֵדִים וּבָא לִפְנֵי רַבִּי עֲקִיבָא. אָמַר לוֹ: ”רַבִּי, לָזוֹ אֲנִי נוֹתֵן אַרְבַּע מֵאוֹת זוּז?” אָמַר לוֹ: ”לֹא אָמַרְתָּ כְלוּם; הַחוֹבֵל בְּעַצְמוֹ, אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁאֵינוֹ רַשַּׁאי, פָּטוּר; אֲחֵרִים שֶׁחָבְלוּ בוֹ, חַיָּבִין. וְהַקּוֹצֵץ נְטִיעוֹתָיו, אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁאֵינוֹ רַשַּׁאי, פָּטוּר; אֲחֵרִים שֶׁקָּצְצוּ אֶת נְטִיעוֹתָיו, חַיָּבִים”.
[If] one cuffs another, he must give him a sela; R' Yehudah says in the name of R' Yose the Galilean: A maneh.  [If] he slaps him, he must give him two hundred zuz; with the back of his hand, he must give him four hundred zuz. [If] he pulls his ear, tears his hair, spits at him and the spittle reaches him, removes his cloak, or uncovers a woman's hair in the street, he must pay four hundred zuz.  This is the general rule: it all depends on his wealth. Said R' Akiva: Even the poorest of Jews are looked upon as though they were sons of noblemen who lost their wealth, for they are the children of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.  There was an incident of one who uncovered a woman's hair in the street. She came before R' Akiva, who sentenced him to give her four hundred zuz. Said he to him: “Rabbi, give me time,” and he gave him time. He waited for her until he saw her standing at the entrance of her courtyard, and then broke a jug which contained oil worth an issar in her presence. She uncovered her head and was scooping [it] up and placing her hand on her head. He set up witnesses against her and came be-fore R' Akiva. Said he to him: “Rabbi, to this one I should give four hundred zuz?'' Said he to him: “You have said nothing; [be-cause if] one wounds himself, although he may not, he is exempt; [yet] if others wound him, they are liable. And [if] one cuts off his own shoots, although he may not, he is exempt; [yet] if others cut off his shoots, they are liable.”
