הַנּוֹדֵר מִן ,,הַדָּגָן” — אָסוּר בְּפוֹל הַמִּצְרִי יָבֵשׁ; דִּבְרֵי רַבִּי מֵאִיר. וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים: אֵינוֹ אָסוּר אֶלָּא בַחֲמֵשֶׁת הַמִּינִין. רַבִּי מֵאִיר אוֹמֵר: הַנּוֹדֵר מִן ,,הַתְּבוּאָה — אֵינוֹ אָסוּר אֶלָּא בַחֲמֵשֶׁת הַמִּינִין. אֲבָל הַנּוֹדֵר מִן ,,הַדָּגָן” — אָסוּר בַּכֹּל, וּמֻתָּר בְּפֵרוֹת הָאִילָן וּבַיָּרָק.
One who makes a neder prohibiting dagan is forbidden dry Egyptian beans; [these are] the words of R' Meir. The Sages, however, say: He is forbidden only the five varieties. R' Meir says: One who makes a neder prohibiting tevuah is forbidden only the five grains. However, one who makes a neder from dagan is forbidden all, but he is permitted fruit of the tree, and greens.
Nedarim7: 3
הַנּוֹדֵר מִן ,,הַכְּסוּת” — מֻתָּר בַּשַּׂק, בַּיְרִיעָה, וּבַחֲמִילָה. אָמַר: ,,קוֹנָם צֶמֶר עוֹלֶה עָלַי” — מֻתָּר לְהִתְכַּסּוֹת בְּגִזֵּי צֶמֶר; ,,פִּשְׁתָּן עוֹלֶה עָלַי” — מֻתָּר לְהִתְכַּסּוֹת בַּאֲנִיצֵי פִשְׁתָּן. רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אוֹמֵר: הַכֹּל לְפִי הַנּוֹדֵר. טָעַן וְהֵזִיעַ וְהָיָה רֵיחוֹ קָשֶׁה, אָמַר: ,,קוֹנָם צֶמֶר וּפִשְׁתִּים עוֹלִים עָלַי” — מֻתָּר לְהִתְכַּסּוֹת, וְאָסוּר לְהַפְשִׁיל לַאֲחוֹרָיו.
One who makes a neder prohibiting clothing is permitted sackcloth, sheets of cloth, and heavy fabric. [If] he said: “Konam, wool [from] coming upon me,” he is permitted to clothe himself with wool shearings; “Flax [from] coming upon me,” he is permitted to clothe [himself] with stalks of flax. R' Yehudah says: All depends on the person making the neder. If he was carrying a load, and he perspired and smelled badly, [and] he said: “Konam, wool or flax [from] coming upon me,” he is permitted to clothe [himself with these], but is forbidden to carry bundles [of these] on his back.
Nedarim7: 4
הַנּוֹדֵר מִן ,,הַבַּיִת” — מֻתָּר בָּעֲלִיָּה; דִּבְרֵי רַבִּי מֵאִיר. וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים: עֲלִיָּה בִּכְלָל ,,הַבָּיִת”. הַנּוֹדֵר מִן ,,הָעֲלִיָּה” — מֻתָּר בַּבָּיִת.
Someone who makes a neder prohibiting a house is permitted the upper story; [these are] the words of R' Meir. The Sages, however, say: The upper story is included in the [term] house. One who makes a neder prohibiting from the upper floor is permitted the house.
Nedarim7: 5
הַנּוֹדֵר מִן ,,הַמִּטָּה” — מֻתָּר בַּדַּרְגָּשׁ; דִּבְרֵי רַבִּי מֵאִיר. וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים: דַּרְגָּשׁ בִּכְלָל ,,מִטָּה”. הַנּוֹדֵר מִן ,,הַדַּרְגָּשׁ” — מֻתָּר בַּמִּטָּה. הַנּוֹדֵר מִן ,,הָעִיר” — מֻתָּר לִכָּנֵס לִתְחוּמָהּ שֶׁל עִיר, וְאָסוּר לִכָּנֵס לְעִבּוּרָהּ; אֲבָל הַנּוֹדֵר מִן ,,הַבַּיִת” — אָסוּר מִן הָאֲגַף וְלִפְנִים.
One who makes a neder prohibiting a bed is permitted the footstool; [these are] the words of R' Meir. The Sages, however, say: A footstool is included in the [term] bed. One who makes a neder prohibiting a footstool is permitted the bed. One who makes a neder prohibiting a city is permitted to enter the techum of the city, but is forbidden to enter the extension; but one who makes a neder prohibiting a house is forbidden from the doorframe and inward.
