Kesubos 7:4-7:7
Kesuvos7: 4
[If] one pronounces a vow on his wife that she should not go to her father’s house —- when he is with her in the city, one month —- he may keep [her]; two [months] —- he must divorce [her] and give [her the] kesubah. When he is in another city, one festival —- he may keep [her]; three [festivals] —- he must divorce [her] and give [her the] kesubah.
Kesuvos7: 5
[If] one pronounces a vow on his wife that she should not go to a house of mourning or to a house of feasting, he must divorce [her] and give [her the] kesubah, because he locks [the door] before her. But if he claims [that it was] due to some other cause, he may.  [If] he said to her: “On the condition that you tell so-and-so what you said to me,” or “what I said to you,” or “that you fill up and pour out into the garbage,” he must divorce [her] and give [her the] kesubah.
Kesuvos7: 6
And these are divorced without a kesubah: one who transgresses the Law of Moses or Jewish practice. Now, what is the Law of Moses? [If] she feeds him [food] that is not tithed, has relations with him when she is a menstruant, does not separate challah, or vows and does not keep [her vows].  Now, what is Jewish practice? [If] she goes outside with her hair uncovered, or [if] she spins in the street, or [if] she talks with every man. Abba Shaul says: Also [if] she curses his parents in his presence. R’ Tarfon says: Also if she is a loud-mouthed woman. Now, what is a loud-mouthed woman? One who speaks in her house, and her neighbors hear her voice.
Kesuvos7: 7
[If] one betroths a woman on the condition that she is not under [any] vows, and it is found that she is under vows —- she is not betrothed. [If] he married her without making any stipulations, and it is found that she is under vows, she may be divorced without a kesubah.  [If he betrothed her] on the condition that she has no [bodily] defects, and [such] defects were found upon her —- she is not betrothed. [If] he married her without making any stipulations, and [bodily] defects were found upon her, she may be divorced without a kesubah. All [bodily] defects that disqualify Kohanim [also] disqualify women.
