בְּתוּלָה נִשֵּׂאת לְיוֹם הָרְבִיעִי, וְאַלְמָנָה לְיוֹם הַחֲמִישִׁי, שֶׁפַּעֲמַיִם בַּשַּׁבָּת בָּתֵּי דִינִין יוֹשְׁבִין בַּעֲיָרוֹת, בַּיּוֹם הַשֵּׁנִי וּבַיּוֹם הַחֲמִישִׁי, שֶׁאִם הָיָה לוֹ טַעֲנַת בְּתוּלִים הָיָה מַשְׁכִּים לְבֵית דִּין.
A virgin is married on Wednesday, and a widow on Thursday, for twice a week the courts are in session in the towns —- on Mondays and Thursdays —- so that if he had a claim concerning [her] virginity, he would go early [the next morning] to court.

בְּתוּלָה — כְּתֻבָּתָהּ מָאתַיִם, וְאַלְמָנָה — מָנֶה. בְּתוּלָה אַלְמָנָה, גְּרוּשָׁה, וַחֲלוּצָה מִן הָאֵרוּסִין — כְּתֻבָּתָן מָאתַיִם, וְיֵשׁ לָהֶן טַעֲנַת בְּתוּלִים. הַגִּיּוֹרֶת, וְהַשְּׁבוּיָה, וְהַשִּׁפְחָה, שֶׁנִּפְדּוּ, וְשֶׁנִּתְגַּיְּרוּ, וְשֶׁנִּשְׁתַּחְרְרוּ פְּחוּתוֹת מִבְּנוֹת שָׁלֹשׁ שָׁנִים וְיוֹם אֶחָד — כְּתֻבָּתָן מָאתַיִם, וְיֵשׁ לָהֶן טַעֲנַת בְּתוּלִים.
The kesubah of a virgin is two hundred [zuz], and [that of] a widow is one hundred. A virgin who is a widow, divorcee, or had performed chalitzah after erusin —- [in all these cases] their kesubah is two hundred, and a claim concerning [their] virginity can be lodged against them. A proselyte, a captive, or a slave, who were ransomed, converted, or emancipated under [the age of] three years and one day —- their kesubah is two hundred [zuz], and a claim concerning [their] virginity can be lodged against them.

הַגָּדוֹל שֶׁבָּא עַל הַקְּטַנָּה, וְקָטָן שֶׁבָּא עַל הַגְּדוֹלָה, וּמֻכַּת עֵץ — כְּתֻבָּתָן מָאתַיִם; דִּבְרֵי רַבִּי מֵאִיר. וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים: מֻכַּת עֵץ כְּתֻבָּתָהּ מָנֶה.
[If] an adult male was intimate with an infant girl, or [if] an immature boy was intimate with a mature female, or if a woman was injured by a piece of wood —- their kesubah is two hundred [zuz]; [these are] the words of R’ Meir. The Sages, however, say: The kesubah of one injured by a piece of wood is one hundred.

בְּתוּלָה אַלְמָנָה, גְּרוּשָׁה, וַחֲלוּצָה מִן הַנִּשּׂוּאִין — כְּתֻבָּתָן מָנֶה, וְאֵין לָהֶן טַעֲנַת בְּתוּלִים. הַגִּיּוֹרֶת, וְהַשְּׁבוּיָה, וְהַשִּׁפְחָה, שֶׁנִּפְדּוּ, וְשֶׁנִּתְגַּיְּרוּ, וְשֶׁנִּשְׁתַּחְרְרוּ יְתֵרוֹת עַל בְּנוֹת שָׁלֹשׁ שָׁנִים וְיוֹם אֶחָד — כְּתֻבָּתָן מָנֶה, וְאֵין לָהֶן טַעֲנַת בְּתוּלִים.
A virgin who is a widow, divorcee, or has performed chalitzah after marriage —- [in all these cases,] their kesubah is one hun-dred [zuz], and no claim concerning [their] virginity can be lodged against them. A proselyte, a captive, or a slave, who were ransomed, converted, or emancipated over the age of three years and a day —- their kesubah is one hundred, and no claim concerning [their] virginity can be lodged against them.
