עוֹלוֹת בַּמּוֹעֵד בָּאוֹת מִן הַחֻלִּין, וְהַשְּׁלָמִים מִן הַמַּעֲשֵׂר. יוֹם טוֹב רִאשׁוֹן שֶׁל פֶּסַח — בֵּית שַׁמַּאי אוֹמְרִים: מִן הַחֻלִּין. וּבֵית הִלֵּל אוֹמְרִים: מִן הַמַּעֲשֵׂר.
Olos [which are not obligatory] may be brought during [Chol] HaMoed. [All olos may be brought only] from unconsecrated funds, while shelamim [may be purchased] with tithe money. [Concerning the chagigah brought on] the first day of Pesach, Beis Shammai say: [It may be purchased only] with unconsecrated money. Beis Hillel say: [It may be purchased] with tithe money.

יִשְׂרָאֵל יוֹצְאִין יְדֵי חוֹבָתָן בִּנְדָרִים וּנְדָבוֹת וּבְמַעְשַׂר בְּהֵמָה, וְהַכֹּהֲנִים בְּחַטָּאוֹת וּבַאֲשָׁמוֹת, וּבִבְכוֹר, וּבְחָזֶה וְשׁוֹק, אֲבָל לֹא בְעוֹפוֹת וְלֹא בִמְנָחוֹת.
Yisraelim discharge their obligation with vow-offerings, gift-offerings, or the animal tithe; and Kohanim [fulfill their obligation] with sin-offerings, guilt-offerings, firstborn [of animals], and the breast and thigh [of shelamim], but not with fowl[-offerings] nor with meal-offerings.

מִי שֶׁיֵּשׁ לוֹ אוֹכְלִים מְרֻבִּים וּנְכָסִים מֻעָטִים — מֵבִיא שְׁלָמִים מְרֻבִּים וְעוֹלוֹת מֻעָטוֹת. נְכָסִים מְרֻבִּים וְאוֹכְלִין מֻעָטִין — מֵבִיא עוֹלוֹת מְרֻבּוֹת וּשְׁלָמִים מֻעָטִין. זֶה וְזֶה מֻעָט — עַל זֶה נֶאֱמַר: ,,מָעָה כֶסֶף וּשְׁתֵּי כֶסֶף”. זֶה וְזֶה מְרֻבִּים — עַל זֶה נֶאֱמַר: ,,אִישׁ כְּמַתְּנַת יָדוֹ כְּבִרְכַּת ה' אֱלֹהֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר נָתַן־לָךְ”.
One who has many that eat but few possessions should bring many shelamim and few olos. [One who has] many possessions but few that eat should bring many olos and few shelamim. If both [possessions and eaters] are few —- concerning this it is said: “One silver maah and two silver [maos].” If both [possessions and eaters] are many —- concerning this it is said: Every man according to his hand's giving, according to the blessing Hashem, your God, has given you.
Chagiga1: 6
מִי שֶׁלֹּא חָג בְּיוֹם טוֹב הָרִאשׁוֹן שֶׁל חַג — חוֹגֵג אֶת כָּל הָרֶגֶל וְיוֹם טוֹב הָאַחֲרוֹן שֶׁל חָג. עָבַר הָרֶגֶל וְלֹא חָג — אֵינוֹ חַיָּב בְּאַחֲרָיוּתוֹ. עַל זֶה נֶאֱמַר: ,,מְעֻוָּת לֹא־יוּכַל לִתְקֹן, וְחֶסְרוֹן לֹא־יוּכַל לְהִמָּנוֹת”.
One who did not offer the chagigah on the first Yom Tov of the festival, may offer the chagigah throughout the festival or on the last Yom Tov of the festival. If the festival passed and he did not offer the chagigah, it is no longer his responsibility. Concerning this it is said: A twisted thing cannot be made straight, and what is not there cannot be numbered.
