Terumas maaser is similar to bikkurim in two ways and to terumah in two ways. It may be taken from tahor [produce] on behalf of tamei [produce], and from [produce] that is not in close proximity [to the rest of the produce], just like bikkurim. And it forbids the threshed grain, and it has a measure, just like terumah.

An esrog is equal to a tree in three ways and to vegetables in one way. It is equal to a tree for orlah, for reva'i and for the seventh year. And [it is equal] to vegetables in one way, that at the time of its picking [is] its year of tithing. [These are] the words of Rabban Gamliel. R' Eliezer says: [It is] equal to a tree for everything.

The blood of those who walk on two [feet] is equal to the blood of animals with respect to preparing seeds [to receive tumah]. And the blood of a sheretz, one is not liable on its account.

A koy —- it has ways in which it is equal to a wild animal, and it has ways in which it is equal to a domestic animal, and it has ways in which it is equal to both a domestic animal and to a wild animal, and it has ways in which it is equal neither to a domestic animal nor to a wild animal.
