[If] one set aside his bikkurim, [and] they were looted, spoiled, stolen, lost or became tamei, he brings others in their place and does not recite. And the second ones, they [who ate them] are not liable to pay for [eating] them the [additional] fifth. [If] they became tamei in the Courtyard [of the Beis HaMikdash], he scatters [them] and does not recite.
Bikkurim1: 9
And from where [do we learn] that he is responsible for them until he brings [them] to the Temple Mount? For it is stated (Exodus 23:19): The earliest of the bikkurim of your ground you shall bring to the House of Hashem your God. [This] teaches that he is responsible for them until he brings [them] to the Temple Mount. [If] one brought [bikkurim] from one species and recited [the declaration] and he then brought [bikkurim] again from another species, he does not recite.

And these bring and recite: From Shavuos until the Festival [of Succos], from the Seven Species, from fruits of the mountains, from dates of the valleys, and from oil-olives from Transjordan. R' Yose HaGelili says: They do not bring bikkurim from Transjordan, since it is not a land flowing with milk and honey.

One who buys three trees inside [the property] of his friend, brings and recites. R' Meir says: Even two [trees]. [If] he bought a tree and its land, he brings and recites. R' Yehudah says: Even those who own the sharecropping and the farmer-tenanting rights [in another's field] bring and recite.
