Orlah2: 2

הַתְּרוּמָה מַעֲלָה אֶת הָעָרְלָה, וְהָעָרְלָה אֶת הַתְּרוּמָה. כֵּיצַד? סְאָה תְרוּמָה שֶׁנָּפְלָה לְמֵאָה, וְאַחַר כָּךְ נָפְלוּ שְׁלֹשָׁה קַבִּין עָרְלָה, אוֹ שְׁלֹשָׁה קַבִּין כִּלְאֵי הַכֶּרֶם — זוֹ הִיא שֶׁהַתְּרוּמָה מַעֲלָה אֶת הָעָרְלָה, וְהָעָרְלָה אֶת הַתְּרוּמָה.

Terumah nullifies orlah, and orlah nullifies terumah. How so? A seah of terumah fell into one hundred, and subsequently three kabin of orlah, or three kabin of kilei hakerem fell in, this is where terumah nullifies orlah, and orlah nullifies terumah.

הָעָרְלָה מַעֲלָה אֶת הַכִּלְאַיִם, וְהַכִּלְאַיִם אֶת הָעָרְלָה, וְהָעָרְלָה אֶת הָעָרְלָה. כֵּיצַד? סְאָה עָרְלָה שֶׁנָּפְלָה לְמָאתַיִם, וְאַחַר כָּךְ נָפְלָה סְאָה וְעוֹד עָרְלָה, אוֹ סְאָה וְעוֹד שֶׁל כִּלְאֵי הַכֶּרֶם — זוֹ הִיא שֶׁהָעָרְלָה מַעֲלָה אֶת הַכִּלְאַיִם, וְהַכִּלְאַיִם אֶת הָעָרְלָה, וְהָעָרְלָה אֶת הָעָרְלָה.

Orlah nullifies kilayim, and kilayim [nullifies] orlah, and orlah [nullifies] orlah. How so? A seah of orlah fell into two hundred, and subsequently a seah and a bit more of orlah, or a seah and a bit more of kilei hakerem fell in, this is where orlah nullifies kilayim, and kilayim [nullifies] orlah, and orlah [nullifies] orlah.

Orlah2: 4

כָּל הַמְחַמֵּץ וְהַמְתַבֵּל וְהַמְדַמֵּעַ בַּתְּרוּמָה וּבָעָרְלָה וּבְכִלְאֵי הַכֶּרֶם — אָסוּר, וּבֵית שַׁמַּאי אוֹמְרִים: אַף מְטַמֵּא; וּבֵית הִלֵּל אוֹמְרִים: לְעוֹלָם אֵינוֹ מְטַמֵּא, עַד שֶׁיְּהֵא בוֹ כַבֵּיצָה.

Any [agent] that leavens, spices, or generates a prohibited mixture of chullin and terumah, if it is of terumah, orlah, or kilei hakerem, is forbidden. And Beis Shammai say: It even imparts tumah. But Beis Hillel say: It never imparts tumah unless it is like [the volume of] an egg.

דּוֹסְתַּאי אִישׁ כְּפַר יַתְמָה, הָיָה מִתַּלְמִידֵי בֵית שַׁמַּאי, וְאָמַר: שָׁמַעְתִּי מִשַּׁמַּאי הַזָּקֵן שֶׁאָמַר: לְעוֹלָם אֵינוֹ מְטַמֵּא עַד שֶׁיְּהֵא בוֹ כַבֵּיצָה.

Dostay of the village of Yasma was of the students of Beis Shammai, and [he] said: I heard from Shammai the Elder that it never conveys tumah until it is like [the volume of an] egg.
