כֵּיצַד פּוֹדִין נֶטַע רְבָעִי? מֵנִיחַ אֶת הַסַּל עַל פִּי שְׁלֹשָׁה, וְאוֹמֵר: ,,כַּמָּה אָדָם רוֹצֶה לִפְדּוֹת לוֹ בְסֶלַע, עַל מְנָת לְהוֹצִיא יְצִיאוֹת מִבֵּיתוֹ?” וּמֵנִיחַ אֶת הַמָּעוֹת וְאוֹמֵר: ,,כָּל הַנִּלְקַט מִזֶּה מְחֻלָּל עַל הַמָּעוֹת הָאֵלּוּ, בְּכָךְ וְכָךְ סַלִּים בְּסֶלַע”.
How does one redeem reva'i produce? He places the basket before three people, and says: “How much [of this produce] will a person want to buy for himself for a sela, it being under-stood that the expenses come from his pocket?” And he puts down the coins and says: “Whatever was picked from this [crop] is redeemed on these coins, based on the rate of so many baskets per sela.”

וּבִשְׁבִיעִית, פּוֹדֵהוּ בְשָׁוְיוֹ. וְאִם הָיָה הַכֹּל מֻפְקָר, אֵין לוֹ אֶלָּא שְׂכַר לְקִיטָה.
הַפּוֹדֶה נֶטַע רְבָעִי שֶׁלּוֹ, מוֹסִיף עָלָיו חֲמִישִׁיתוֹ, בֵּין שֶׁהוּא שֶׁלּוֹ וּבֵין שֶׁנִּתַּן לוֹ בְמַתָּנָה.
However, in the Shemittah [lit., seventh] year, one redeems it for its worth. And if all of it was ownerless, he is only entitled to the cost of picking. [If] someone redeems his own fourth-year plantation, he adds to it its fifth, whether it is his [own] or whether it was given to him as a gift.

עֶרֶב יוֹם טוֹב הָרִאשׁוֹן שֶׁל פֶּסַח שֶׁל רְבִיעִית וְשֶׁל שְׁבִיעִית, הָיָה בִעוּר. כֵּיצַד הָיָה בִעוּר? נוֹתְנִין תְּרוּמָה וּתְרוּמַת מַעֲשֵׂר לַבְּעָלִים, וּמַעֲשֵׂר רִאשׁוֹן לִבְעָלָיו, וּמַעְשַׂר עָנִי לִבְעָלָיו. וּמַעֲשֵׂר שֵׁנִי וְהַבִּכּוּרִים מִתְבָּעֲרִים בְּכָל מָקוֹם. רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן אוֹמֵר: הַבִּכּוּרִים נִתָּנִין לַכֹּהֲנִים כִּתְרוּמָה.
הַתַּבְשִׁיל, בֵּית שַׁמַּאי אוֹמְרִים: צָרִיךְ לְבַעֵר. וּבֵית הִלֵּל אוֹמְרִים: הֲרֵי הוּא כִמְבֹעָר.
[On] the day before the first day of Pesach of the fourth and the seventh [years], the disposal took place. How was the removal [performed]? Terumah and terumas maaser are given to its owners, and maaser rishon to its owner, and maaser ani to its owner. But maaser sheni and bikkurim must be removed [from] every place. R' Shimon says: The bikkurim are given to the Ko-hanim just like terumah.
[Regarding] a cooked dish, Beis Shammai say: It must be removed. But Beis Hillel say: It is regarded as if it were re-moved.

מִי שֶׁהָיוּ לוֹ פֵרוֹת בַּזְּמַן הַזֶּה וְהִגִּיעָה שְׁעַת הַבִּעוּר, בֵּית שַׁמַּאי אוֹמְרִים: צָרִיךְ לְחַלְּלָן עַל הַכֶּסֶף. וּבֵית הִלֵּל אוֹמְרִים: אֶחָד שֶׁהֵן כֶּסֶף וְאֶחָד שֶׁהֵן פֵּרוֹת.
[If] someone had produce nowadays and the deadline for biur arrived, Beis Shammai say: One must redeem them on money. But Beis Hillel say: Whether they are money and whether they are produce.
