Maaser Sheni 3:5-3:8
Ma'aser Sheini3: 5
Coins enter Jerusalem and leave; produce enters but may not leave. Rabban Shimon ben Gamliel says: Even produce enters and leaves.
Ma'aser Sheini3: 6
Produce, the processing of which has been finished, that then passed through Jerusalem, its maaser sheni must be returned and eaten in Jerusalem. And [produce], the processing of which has not yet been finished: baskets of grapes for the winepress or baskets of figs for the drying area, Beis Shammai say: Its maaser sheni must be returned and eaten in Jerusalem. But Beis Hillel say: It may be redeemed and eaten any place. R' Shimon ben Yehudah says in the name of R' Yose: Beis Shammai and Beis Hillel did not disagree over produce, the processing of which was not finished, that its maaser sheni may be redeemed and eaten any place. Over what did they disagree? Over produce, the processing of which was finished, for Beis Shammai say: Its maaser sheni must be returned and eaten in Jerusalem. But Beis Hillel say: It may be redeemed and eaten any place. And demai may enter and leave and be redeemed.
Ma'aser Sheini3: 7
A tree that stands inside but [its foliage] extends outside, or it stands outside but [its foliage] extends inside: from the wall and inwards is [treated] like inside; from the wall and outwards is [treated] like outside. Olive presses whose entrances are to the inside but whose interior is to the outside, or whose entrances are to the outside but whose interiors are to the inside, Beis Shammai say: It is all [treated] like inwards. But Beis Hillel say: From the wall and inwards is [treated] like inside; from the wall and outwards is [treated] like outside.
Ma'aser Sheini3: 8
The chambers, [if] they are built in the consecrated area but open into the unconsecrated area, their interior is unconsecrated but their roofs are consecrated; [if] they are built in the unconsecrated area but open into the consecrated area, their interior is consecrated but their roofs are unconsecrated; [if] they are built in [both] the consecrated and unconsecrated areas and they are open to [both] the consecrated and the unconsecrated areas, their interiors and their roofs, from the consecrated area and inwards is consecrated; from the unconsecrated area and outwards is unconsecrated.
