Terumos8: 4

יַיִן שֶׁל תְּרוּמָה שֶׁנִּתְגַּלָּה יִשָּׁפֵךְ; וְאֵין צָרִיךְ לוֹמַר שֶׁל חֻלִּין. שְׁלֹשָׁה מַשְׁקִין אֲסוּרִים מִשּׁוּם גִּלּוּי: הַמַּיִם וְהַיַּיִן וְהֶחָלָב. וּשְׁאָר כָּל הַמַּשְׁקִין מֻתָּרִים. כַּמָּה יִשְׁהוּ וְיִהְיוּ אֲסוּרִין? כְּדֵי שֶׁיֵּצֵא הָרַחַשׁ מִמָּקוֹם קָרוֹב וְיִשְׁתֶּה.

Wine of terumah that was exposed [must] be poured out; and it is not necessary to say [that the same is true of wine] of chullin. Three liquids are forbidden because of exposure: water, wine and milk. But all other liquids are permitted. How long must they remain [exposed] to become forbidden? Enough for the snake to come forth from a nearby place and drink.

Terumos8: 5

שִׁעוּר הַמַּיִם הַמְגֻלִּין: כְּדֵי שֶׁתֹּאבַד בָּהֶם הַמָּרָה. רַבִּי יוֹסֵי אוֹמֵר: בְּכֵלִים, כָּל שֶׁהֵן; וּבְקַרְקָעוֹת, אַרְבָּעִים סְאָה.

The measure for exposed water: enough for the poison to be lost in it. R' Yose says: In utensils, any amount; in the ground, forty seahs.

Terumos8: 6

נִקּוּרֵי תְאֵנִים וַעֲנָבִים וְקִשּׁוּאִין וְהַדְּלוּעִין וְהָאֲבַטִּיחִים וְהַמְלָפְפוֹנוֹת, אֲפִלּוּ הֵם כִּכָּר, אֶחָד גָּדוֹל וְאֶחָד קָטָן, אֶחָד תָּלוּשׁ וְאֶחָד מְחֻבָּר, כֹּל שֶׁיֵּשׁ בּוֹ לֵחָה אָסוּר. וּנְשׁוּכַת הַנָּחָשׁ אֲסוּרָה, מִפְּנֵי סַכָּנַת נְפָשׁוֹת.

Punctured figs, grapes, chatemelons, bottle-gourds, watermelons, and muskmelons, even if they are [the weight of] a talent, whether large or small, whether detached or attached, any that has moisture in it is forbidden. And a snake-bitten [animal] is forbidden, because of the danger to life.

Terumos8: 7

הַמְשַׁמֶּרֶת שֶׁל יַיִן אֲסוּרָה מִשּׁוּם גִּלּוּי. רַבִּי נְחֶמְיָה מַתִּיר.

A strainer of wine is forbidden because of exposure. R' Nechemyah permits.
