Peah5: 7
[If] the workers forgot a sheaf but the owner did not forget it, [or if] the owner forgot it but the workers did not forget it, [or if] poor people stood in front of it or covered it with stubble, this does not constitute shich'chah.
Peah5: 8
[If] one gathers sheaves to form helmet-shaped heaps or underground heaps, pancake-shaped heaps or large bundles, the law of shich'chah does not apply; from there to the threshing floor, the law of shich'chah applies. [If] one gathers sheaves to form a great stack, the law of shich'chah applies; from there to the threshing floor, the law of shich'chah does not apply. This is the rule: When sheaves are gathered to a place that is a finishing stage in the processing, the law of shich'chah applies; from there to the threshing floor, the law of shich'chah does not apply. [When sheaves are moved] to a place that is not a finishing stage in the processing, the law of shich'chah does not apply; from there to the threshing floor, the law of shich'chah applies.
Peah6: 1
Beis Shammai say: [Produce declared] ownerless for the poor is ownerless. But Beis Hillel say: It is not ownerless unless it is declared ownerless also for the rich as with Shemittah.  [If] all the sheaves of the field are each of one kav, and one is of four kavs, and he forgot that [one] —- Beis Shammai say: It is not shich'chah; but Beis Hillel say: It is shich'chah.
Peah6: 2
[If] a sheaf was close to a wall or a stack of grain, to cattle or implements, and he forgot it —- Beis Shammai say: It is not shich'chah; but Beis Hillel say: It is shich'chah.
