Shevi'is9: 1

הַפֵּיגָם, וְהַיַּרְבּוּזִין הַשּׁוֹטִים, וְהַחֲלַגְלוֹגִית, כּוּסְבָּר שֶׁבֶּהָרִים, וְהַכַּרְפַּס שֶׁבַּנְּהָרוֹת, וְהַגַּרְגֵּר שֶׁל אֲפָר פְּטוּרִין מִן הַמַּעַשְׂרוֹת וְנִלְקָחִין מִכָּל אָדָם בַּשְּׁבִיעִית, שֶׁאֵין כַּיּוֹצֵא בָהֶם נִשְׁמָר. רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אוֹמֵר: סְפִיחֵי חַרְדָּל מוּתָּרִין, שֶׁלֹּא נֶחְשְׁדוּ עֲלֵיהֶן עוֹבְרֵי עֲבֵירָה. רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן אוֹמֵר: כָּל הַסְּפִיחִים מוּתָּרִין, חוּץ מִסְּפִיחֵי כְרוּב, שֶׁאֵין כַּיּוֹצֵא בָהֶם בְּיַרְקוֹת שָׂדֶה. וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים: כָּל הַסְּפִיחִין אֲסוּרִין.

The rue, wild asparagus, purslane, mountain coriander, river celery, and the meadow rocket are exempt from tithes and may be bought from any person in the seventh [year], for no [vegetable] like these is protected. R’ Yehudah says: Aftergrowths of mustard are permitted, because transgressors are not suspected concerning them. R’ Shimon says: All aftergrowths are permissible, except the aftergrowths of cabbage. But the Sages say: All aftergrowths are prohibited.
